Unlike some PCB repair houses, we do not simply change everything and hope it works. We have traced the circuits of the units we have seen for repair so we can fully test the units afterwards. For testing we have built dedicated test jigs and wiring harnesses, which along with specially written test software allows use to fully test all aspects of the various boards.
Building management system
We have been repairing components of the JEL BMS system since about 1990.
During the period we have been repairing these units, we have identified a few weaknesses and now implement modifications to rectify these shortcomings. Since doing these modifications the reliability has been dramatically improved to the point where repairs are becoming fewer and fewer!
